The Friends and Family of Northern Virginia Deltas Scholarship Fund was created in 2012 for Northern Virginia Deltas, their family and friends, and residents and businesses from the Northern Virginia community to provide named scholarships to help college-bound students from Northern Virginia pursue their academic dreams.

This year the Northern Virginia Delta Education and Community Service (NVDECS) Foundation is proud to announce two very unique scholarship/fellowship awards for 2017 supporting graduating GED students or non-traditional adult learners residing in Northern Virginia who are returning to school and graduate students pursuing an advanced degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).

These scholarship recipients will be recognized at our annual Trailblazer Awards and Scholarship Gala on Saturday, May 6, 2017.
