The NVDECS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board. The NVDECS Foundation Board of Directors are elected to serve a two-year term. NVDECS solicits members of strategic partner community service organizations and other civic-minded community members to serve on its board.
